Responsibilities
- - Work as part of our admin team to ensure customers the best possible experience on all fronts of the company.
- - Follow up with customer inquiries and requests
- - Help customers troubleshoot their computers and arrange for servicing requests
- - Coordinate and ensure that all KPIs are met in customer engagement
Requirements
- - Customer service centric mindset is a must
- - Knowledgeable in computer hardware
- - Understanding of popular game titles and professional applications
- - Experience with customer service is a plus
- - Passion and absolute love for PC Hardware and Software
