Responsibilities

  • - Work as part of our admin team to ensure customers the best possible experience on all fronts of the company.
  • - Follow up with customer inquiries and requests
  • - Help customers troubleshoot their computers and arrange for servicing requests
  • - Coordinate and ensure that all KPIs are met in customer engagement

Requirements

  • - Customer service centric mindset is a must
  • - Knowledgeable in computer hardware
  • - Understanding of popular game titles and professional applications
  • - Experience with customer service is a plus
  • - Passion and absolute love for PC Hardware and Software
