Salary Range: SGD2,000 - SGD2,300
Responsibilities
- - Handle customer enquiries via various channels.
- - Data entry, including processing of inquiries, Quotations, and process Sales orders from customers.
- - Work as part of our admin team to ensure customers the best possible experience on all fronts of the company.
- - Check all POs from internal and external customers to ensure items, quantity, and amount are correct.
- - Coordinate and ensure that all KPIs are met.
- - Provide clear instructions to team upon receiving of customers PO.
- - Monitor inventory stock level.
- - Manage customer order fulfilment plans for on-time delivery.
- - Manage enquiries and feedback of our customers through email, website live chat service and phone calls.
Requirements
- - Customer service centric mindset is a must.
- - Understanding of popular game titles and professional applications is a plus.
- - Passion and absolute love for PC Hardware and Software.
- - Experience with customer service is a plus.
